finally dirt...
it rained few days earlier and the dust was at minimum......

eric and i were chased by hundreds of riders

there were about 10 small water crossing on this trail

another one

the trail looks flat and easy, didn't get the chance to shoot some of the tougher ones, but a good intermediate rider will not have issues.

we regrouped whenever we had the chance

off we go again

i've noticed eric very often was on the pegs...

Nowwhat and Toast April 18 ride report

Usual lag on my end means ride reports come out 11 days after the fact.

And then there was 2, other invited guests were riding Saturday and couldn't make it for a quick Sunday ride. My good luck deBlob was missing his right arm for a while, he was glad when I reattached it.

Nowwhat was having an orange flash back, he is wondering why the bike goes so much faster with me on it...

Nowwhat and I head up the usual route, looking to connect with some trails we hit 2 months back.

This would be known as the Batman backpack

I never tire of these awesome climbs and views

Yea Toast!

We didn't find the exact trail we were looking for, but had a lot of fun searching for it. We ended up running over to the Husky monument.
For some strange reason, it looks like Nowwhat is riding on the flowers. That was NOT the case.

As you can see, there is a trail there.

At the monument, we rested for 15 minutes.

Not sure if this was psychological, but I was getting superior rear braking control with my new brake pedal.
This new skid plate also held up pretty well to the rocks. Much deeper sound when the rocks hit compared to my KTM hard parts old unit (soon for sale $40, dents included).

We found some great tracks that will be saved for future use

Some great ridges and whoops, no video of the whoops

Back at the gas station we noticed my seat had popped up
That was a sign that I broke the sub-frame bolt again. I had a spare, but we just slabbed it back.

All in all, good day of riding with no major issues. New gloves didn't work out.

10 minutes of HD video we took.

As you can see, there is a trail there.
