Makes me feel less silly for wearing my pressure suit under my street jacket when we went up SCD last week.

I'm a freaking lightweight. Would not trust myself to drink and still ride. 13 beers for me even over hours and I would be a mess.

I'm with you on that one......
I'll save the drinking for after riding....that's what camping is for, right?

The bad thing about camping is early mornings which means less time for me to recover from hang overs

It's never my legs it's always my arms that get beat up standing but I am not sure what to do about that. Last time I did better at turning my feet in more so my knees would hold the tank and it helped a lot for stability while standing.

Dunno if its the same for Joel

the martian waving for help............

Final Installment

night water crossing on sito's trail feel weird

having good lights help

tt's bike is set up well for night rides

tt enjoying the last can, next time we need to bring the mule pack

either they didn't bring their beers or preferred to stay sober

once we're out of beer the mood went 180 degrees ,

lkn4dirt's brand new 690E not a single scratch throughout the ride

night riding is the time to test your lights and reflective gear

doods, thanks again for coming along and that was a blast!

the weather was at high 60s

having good lights made the ride better

the food was good too

not too many appreciate the angeles forest but to us FFs it is a gift, convenient and beautiful

long ride for many, maybe started before 5 pm and get home by 4 am

good job guys

we can cook something up again...pick a date
