So the lay over feeling is not as bad as the kenda. It also cheaper and almost has the same wear miles too. I run a 606 front and rear now. But ill will be using a 606 front and Michelin T 63 rear next. I have been told that it gets alot on miles. It is almost like a tkc 80 but it sells for $52- $55 at Motorcyclesuperstpre.com. The Shinko 244 is only good for a rear tire. Ben
Hey Ben, Funny when I got my L the snorkle was gone and the filter was UNI and it ran at about 50% until I open the exhaust... It was explained this way to me... THe engine is just like an airpump...too much air was going in for the air coming out... You might still have a tone of performance left to go with an exhaust or removing the silencer form the stock one.

Trid. I had a aftermarket exhaust for awhile. It was a older tunable white brothers. I did notice a little gain but did not like the noise. So I went back to stock. Does removing the plug from the stock exhaust void out the spark arrestor. Ben

Hay did your bike come with a tool kit mine didn't but I just saw one in the OEM parts catalog?
I found a thread that had reviews for all dual sport tires and it seemed that the riders liked the D606, Metz Sahara-3 and IRC GP-1s the best. My first instinct was to go with Metz, and I think I will, then try D606s, followed by IRC GP-1s.

Nope, I didn't get a tool kit either.

Good News... Kinda

It's not broken just ligament damage! I got to ware this immobilizer for 4-6 weeks but I think I can ride with it.

This is how it looked this morning, you can see why I thought it might be broken. The Doc thought it was broken too until the Xrays came back.

So who wants to ride up to Big Bear this Sunday? Going to head up early Sun morning to wake up the FF. The plan is to meet at the bottom of the hill and make it to camp by 8:30 AM, then if all goes right we are going to head to Pioneer Town for lunch.

I'm going to take out the 950 so for the most part it will be a big bike ride.
