dreaming of a ride on saturday. maybe drive out to palmdale, unload somewhere, then try to find a route to randsburg. have lunch then come back maybe towards dovesprings/jawbone. i ride a dr650 so nothing to technical "aka no whoops". then maybe follow the auqaduct road back toward palmdale. any takers? on the google earth looking about 140 miles as the crow flies. plenty of places to bail out and take the highway if it gets to crazy.

Joel, when you get up on top-Sierra Pelone- go south on it to the end and you will see a fire rode (super nOOb doable) going down to Bouquet, when you get down to Bouquet, make a right heading back north. The Oaks is about a mile up on the left.

never been on that trail, but for sure i can find that route....just go south and follow the groomed dirt road.....
