ktm 950 supermoto checking in from Jarrettsville

[quote=6 5 0 L]Open to anybody. Moderate paced ride. Mostly off-road. Some backroads & alittle highway. (I think- Dmars call)

It would be great to meet some locals. Wish I had tires to do the offroad stuff - but I will have fun blasting those canal roads up there. I'm waiting on some repair parts, but if it works out, I might follow the gang up to that area and play where I can - no need to try to accomodate me.

In for now

I am in for the ride as of today. My schedule may change but I plan to join the group for the ride and it sound like the type of ride I enjoy-I don't especially like riding on the road at speeds over 50 or so. My SM is set up for off-road with the 21 and 18 inch DOT legal knobbies, skid plate, rad guards, etc. Looking forward to it!

We will meet at the perryville, MD I95 park n ride at 10:30 am. Hope that works for everyone. Looks like we got a good group of riders, looking forward to the ride. Hey 6 5 0 L, Lets make sure we do that tunnel as part of the ride, that was pretty cool last time. Also the ride through the woods near the drag strip. Also anything new you may know of. I also think the 2nd half of the ride at the c+d canal would be good.

I was thinking about hitting the 3 pits, tunnel/dragstrip trails, then head to the canal. Should make a long day. Might try to pre-ride some of it Friday.

okay, this might be on the wrong thread, but does anyone have a clue whats with these EZpass's. and here i am refering to, mainly, 95 tunnel.
car, check- truck, check, -klr, check...and no other bike triggers the system. so, since my plates are in the computer, i dont pick up a ticket, but instead it is considered passing through the toll without the transporder, which they promptly charge at the full rate. also, they should have a 'motorcycle' choice in the computer system. the mystery to me is why does klr trigger the sensor when none of the other bikes would.
