Hey BTW--the FBR website shows you as still being Chapter VP, so surely yer in the know re: whether any other FBRs are planning on attending. I was wondering about it, but I've been outta the loop lately like for the last several years

Thank you Tony, I haven't done the VP duties in a couple of years now since I started back to school and since Dan Bowman is the Prez of the club... Im leaving it up to him. I am assuming you are referring to the FatArse (Tallah) chapter attending?.... I do not think they are a chapter of the FBRs anymore....and I haven't talk to those guys in awhile!

Maybe I could come out saturday and ride..... if you don't mind a girl following ya'll

If anyone was wondering I figured I'd also post a pic of waysherr's welding - this was cracked all the way from the bolt hole to the end, now it looks great. Defintely better than the $200 price tag on a new subframe! Also, the KTM 200 EXC has these crappy plugs in the ends of the aluminum box frame, he capped those off to prevent future blowouts.

Yeah it's the Tallahassee FBR guys I was talkin about...didn't even realize they disbanded.

Now as for caring about a girl riding along--you do realize ya won't be the only one, right? There'll be at least one other female in attendance, Woodsatyr is coming in from Jax. She rides OK, too--for a GIRL!

I keed, I keed!

That's it! I think the mingling will begin as soon as the first couple riders show up. TreeMan said he'd have a fire goin by sunset.

If you go way back and look I have been saying by 2020 the electric bike WILL BE THE NORM....

Way things are going it will happen sooner than that....

Leaving for Treemans in a few hours... looks like a great weekend.

Yep, time will tell.
I'd miss and would prefer the sound of a internal combustion engine.
Manual clutch and shift.

This was sent to me a while ago.
Some fantastic computer skills bringing this engine to life:

Once again, what was old is new again.
Husqvarna is going after the old look of the 400 Cross of the Malcolm Smith and Steve McQueen days with a 650 dualsport.
LOVE the Ducati Sport 1000. Another somewhat retro bike.

If any of you regular range riders have some coordinates of cool stuff (tanks, helicopters, and the sort) I would love to get some. As my boys love exploring Eglin but obviously can't ride out there like I did back in the 70's. We go out regularly in the truck and are always looking for cool stuff.

Thanks in advance for taking some time to post 'em up.
