No, I only know Wayne from his excellent efforts of trying to establish a trail system in our area.
I gave-up single track decades ago, otherwise we'd be bangin bars and knockin down little trees and bush's together in another state.

I did and he said he wants ride Eglin so I directed him to Jackson Guard for a pass. I wont be here this weekend but could take him on Monday or Tuesday.

I will be hanging with my wife for our anniversary (have to sacrifce at least one riding weekend a year...LOL)

Bring her with you, Beef jerkey,cheese crackers, and water in the woods being sweatey,hot and dusty would make a good anniversary meal. It just says I Love you.

This is about 20 miles from my home and in the heart of some of the best dual sport riding western NC, eastern TN & northern GA has to offer. A day long dual sport riding around here usually results in touching two if not all 3 of these states. I've not attended this ride event but I hear its great! KLRWORLD.COM also sponsers 3-4 long weekend events every year where there is no charges for the event. They normally take over a MC campground and have 50-75 in attendance. They organize 3-4 group rides per day designed for all skill levels. They range from paved twistie/groomed gravel for site seeing to single track so rough you will be assured to be dragging you bike up and over logs, hill climbs, bogs etc.... The next one of these is from 09/23-26/10 in Del Rio, TN. I would link it for ya but for some crazy reason KLR World makes ya sign up before you can browse their site..........Mark

Vic should know. He just spent the last week spoiling his wife with fine dining and resort campgrounds.....LOL! He does get to ride alot though!

Well I cant do the 6AM ride but Phil and I are planning on riding from the Power station on 87 around 8AM. We will go north up to Brox Landing and then East to find and explore around helos.

Should be a long one tank ride. I believe WD will join us. Any one else. Robin, Dirtfreak (we miss ya overhere) Others...

If anyone wants to go further East and ride Timberlake or even Soec are let us know... as the same haul for me.

I can't make Saturday but Sunday looks good for me and I think Superboar is in for Sun. also.
