I asked for that very reason. I read an article online that said of ten restaurants surveyed, only one served sandwiches with DNA-proven grouper. The one place that passed the test was Marias, which as near as I can tell, only sells raw fish.

So that's why I asked here. LOL

Never been to any of these but if you say they are good I may venture over that way and try em out. I know of several places in Destin area that still do the fresh catch thing but they tend to get expensive. Back Pourch has killer grouper and even good scallops which are even harder to find...

You are right, coordination is a good thing. We rode as a last minute idea at Timberlake last Saturday. I will try and hook-up with ya'll next time. When are you going back to Cheaha? We have a small group that wants to go real bad.
