Question

Will any of you guys be hanging out that Sunday to ride some dirt? I can't get there Saturday during the day (I get off work at 6am on Saturdays) but I can be up there Saturday night and ride Sunday.

Full day of riding, Sat and Sun for me!

The trail is so mellow I don't have to worry about getting worked-out!

The only difference in this map and our ride was when we crossed over the Elkhorn Hills southwest of Travers Ranch at a road near "Big Tank" called the "The Cross Over Road". Not much imagination out here. Cross Over Road is #11 on Walt's (dyvking) map.

That was such a great loop!! Great day.

I'' be trucking my bike on Friday afternoon and there's room on the truck bed for anyone who has some bulky items to bring. Drop them off my house a day or few earlier and pick them up later on or donate them to the Salvation Army.

We're looking for people to donate firewood, I can haul them, but no axing involved.

Looking forward to see some familiar and fresh faces on this ride.

I have the last of my firewood in the truck. Enough for 1 night. I also managed to get my pit in there also. I will be headed out Friday before noon. Later in the week I'll be looking for a head count for campsites to snag. I have a couple of extra chairs for those guys biking it. Need a heads up.

We need to do a head count by Wednesday. Some guys prolly will be busy doing their taxes Tuesday night, including myself.

I can bring soft drinks and drinking water, light breakfast, burger patties, 3 lawn chairs, etc.

Anyone who will need gas, let us know, I can bring about 10 gallons of premium.

My plan is leave here around 4PM on Friday, and should take me 2.5 hours with traffic to get to Selby Camp.

Chorizo Plains Friday Night Arrival(s)

This will be my first get-together with the other personalities of dubious origin who post here. Will leave Friday after work and might be able to make it up to the camp before dark. Probably will be two of us arriving separately. Please add us to the headcount. We'll have 2 tents.

I love impromptu trips! while all you other FF's have had to WAIT for this weekend I get to sign up a few days before... No waiting required

Now... who's got a tent, bike and a ride up for me

Just kidding. I'll be bringing the 4-runner and my KTM so i can pack some stuff in. IF anyone needs me to bring anything let me know, I'll be happy to accommodate.
