You should also check in on the San Diego Adventure Riders web site to make some more Baja friends this week.

Here is a few pics of my daily commuter in weekend strip mine terror form. It has an 80 frame, 83 motor, 75 wheels, and various parts from a 71 and another 80. My favorite bike of all time!

That would be a 250 Pursang. The "X" on the number plate denotes the 250 class. The race looks to be a Desert MC Hare and Hound (note the jumper on the check guy)

Surprised that no one has posted a link to Banners up. Tons of desert history there.
