We pay good money to PCL to have your product ship in a timely manner and that is what we expect.

Hey Catharine - I ordered a couple of Tourances last Saturday, by phone. Les said they'd ship Monday, but I see no sign of them here. I stayed in yesterday and today thinking if I left the house at any time, they'd show up, but no sign of them yet.

I sent an email to sales@dsp etc this afternoon but have not heard anything back from that as well. And I didn't get any kind of email confirmation of my order, or that it shipped.

Did someone forget about me?

Not sure Emmbee, like an old person I forgot your real name, but if you call the toll free number Thursday some one will check for you. I have been away from the store due to the Canada Post strike

Just ordered some Wolfman stuff from DSP. Due to a communication mix up (which they took responsibility for, but could just have easily been my fault), there was a problem with shipping and billing. But the folks at DSP immediately made it right and then some. I suspect it put them out of pocket a bit too. Fantastic people and sure to get my business again. And the business of anyone else I can convince. Thanks guys.

I read the post about KLIM Day. Has the pricing changed from what was announced earlier ($US849 and $US649 respectively, if I'm not mistaken) and what is the ETA?

ETA is to be late Sept.. pricing in Canada should be close to US, we hope.

Too bad I can't access submenus on your main site on my iPad... Often if I need to find something on your site while using the tablet, I need to Google it first. The missing elements must be Flash based.

Has your webmaster thought of putting up a site map?

When I try to view the Wunderlich catalog I get this "Alternate HTML content should be placed here.This content requires the Adobe Flash Player". Not very useful..

Just to elaborate a little, on your main site the Moto Gear, Rider's Gear etc have sub-menus but nothing happens when I try to go to them on the iPad.

The message I quoted about "alternate content" is what I get in the Wunderlich catalog.

I'm sure your webmaster will understand.
