a quick Kudos to Les. on a baja trip this last month. chain on KLR decided to die a sudden death. called Kawi dealer in Yuma on tuesday saying i would be there thursday morning and would it be possible to have chain/sprockets installed. no can do they said as they couldn't get parts that quick. brother who is handling all this as we were out of phone contact called Les @ Dualsport. Les shipped parts on wednesday to dealer in Yuma. they were there thursday by noon. now that is fantastic service!!!!

Nice shop!
Finally got to see dualsportplus in person last week and all I can say is WOW. It is a KLR riders dream. The shop is clean, well organized and all of the products are top quality at great prices. The location is easy to find, just off of the QEW near Hamilton, Ontario. An added bonus is that if you talk to Les for a little while you soon realize that he is a living encyclopedia of motorcycling knowledge.
For the less mechanically inclined (or if you prefer spending your spare time riding and not busting knuckles ) you can get all of your BMW, KTM and KLR 650 accessories added on in the service area out back. I saw many brands and types of bikes getting work done so they truly live up to the "PLUS" in their name. The only thing that would make this place better would be if they opened up all over North America.

Why not open a shop in Red Deer?
Pull traffic from Calgary and Edmonchuk, not too far from good riding. I'd work for you. |

there is a yamaha dealer near me....
here's how not to treat your customers: They actually got offended when a consignment seller lowered his price from $4800.00 to $3300.00 on our yamaha fz1 and tried to talk the seller into renegging on the deal. told us they wish they knew how low the guy would go, they would have bought it themselves. then we ordered a touring windsheild from them and it arrived chipped. We saw it come off the truck in a box, (we arrived early on the due date, ), but they asked us to come back later, after they unpacked the shipments. By the time we got it it was out of the box and only wrapped in plastic. no chance we'll do business with them again. |

Ordered me a set of tires from Les. Best price that I could find around, even close to sw moto tires as I purchased from them previously & had shipped to friends in Seattle. Hope these prices stay for a while.
