RocDoc and I rode that stretch of road on our way down to Seward and Homer. One of many wonderful rides in Alaska.

Yeah I was there in 06. What a nice trip around the Arm. Also like the overlook when coming into Homer. That is where I want my ashes spread.

The Arm

Everybody loves that ride. The arm, road to seward and Homer, the road to Hope etc etc. Too bad so many adventure riders never come to southcentral. They get to Fairbanks and maybe to Denali park after a run up the Dempster. A few more days and they could have some great roads and great views.

Yep. Thanks for the reminder. I've mentioned this numerous times myself since having joined ADVRider. I think a few have even come to reconsidered their routes to include Southcentral AK.

Yesterday, down at the small boat harbor below Anchorage just after leaving our annual Bike Show.
