Update. So after pulling it apart. I ended up needing -case halves-clutch cover- cylinder-rod-piston -valves-oil pump- and some other misc. crap. But I have a new engine now:). Started breaking in the engine this week. Can't wait to ride the woods this weekend.

Here is my set up. Super cheap and no load on my battery. I don't know how stout the rectifier bridges are so i put in a back up. At idle the volage is 19 volt DC, off idle the max voltage was 21 volts DC. My LED light bar pulls 45 watts and can handle 9-30 volts DC. I don't know how well this set up would work with 2 LED lights.
(this is on my 300 however, stock stator)

The gear set is yard art. It is a race transaxle made from bad parts over the years. I have quite a few little creations around here.

7800 miles and 378 hours. The seals had spun in the case halves. so thats why I needed the case halves. The eng. had been burning oil for a while and it had 40 % leak down.
Oh well now I have a new eng.

Help!

Anyone have a cylinder head gasket they could measure the ID of the bore ring on for me? I am bolting up a 570 jug and need to get gaskets, want to see if the stock 530 gasket will work. The marking on my cylinder and head looks like it is 105mm, which will be fine.

Thanks!
