Cool2

...IMHO KLX250 is nowhere a match for the WR250. I rode them back to back in some serious desert and the KLX was just a POS in comparo.
Just sayin'...

Oh, I fully agree. I've ridden a couple of KLX's also. But let's face it, when people are browsing showrooms for a 250cc dual sport, there ain't much selection. All of the street legal 250's get lumped into the same class, like it or not.

A SIX speed WR450R would be SWEET!

In the interim, I'll be flogging my 250 again this weekend!

Agreed. I'm interested to see the specs on this bike... suspension travel, ground clearance, and seat height look to be less than our WRR's. A lower seat height might be a good thing because the WRR's are too tall for a lot of people, including myself. Something with the seat height around that of the WR250X, even slightly less, would be great.

There's been a lot of talk about the new Honda and people have been wondering about the suspension
and whether it will be fully adjustable. Nothing I've been able to find yet regarding this.

Auto Tune Bung Placement on Full FMF

I have seen a few pics of the Autotune bung mounted on the midpipe roughly in line with the shock and airbox. Anyone have alternative pics/suggestions? on the header itself? Before or after the bulge of the mega/powerbomb?

The guy at DynoJet told me 9" from the exhaust port end. Another rider with an FMF bulged-header mounted the bung past the bulge, but I don't recall if it was before or after the pipe joint; saw it on the other forum. I'll look for a picture. He said it worked fine.

If in doubt, call DynoJet and ask the experts...
