So, we meet at the Ranch Inn Cafe, off Osborne from the 210 tomorrow at 8 AM.

The plan is to take the big loop, Little T to Sand Canyon, Bouquet, S.F., Lake Elizabeth, take a break at Rock Inn (bike hang-out), Lake Elizabeth again to Soledad to AFH, to Angeles Crest, lunch at Newcomb.

Artboy and I are definitely in. Pasta, we can investigate your short cut on the way, that way we can say that it was a dual sport ride .

AJ, don't forget, we're heavily relying on you as far as picking up our bikes. You have been out too long and a little exercise will do you good.

MarcF, this is a good loop and you won't be dissapointed.

All dual sport bikes are welcome to join.

The shortcut is REALLY not bad at all. Ive done it fully loaded on street tires - its really a fire road. But yes, you can just take the road around, it does take a bit longer but its fine.

It would be nice to finally meet yas!

Hey guys, if there are any stragglers on this ride, I will be heading out a little later to show some visiting Gauchos the local roads on Saturday.

check this thread -

I could especially use the help of a Spanish speaker to aid in interpreting.

Thanks!

Well, I doubt we will make the 8AM kick off.....Probably closer to lunch time by the time we roll out.
If anyone else is running on 'South America Time', they are welcome to join us a little later.

I'll be at the 7-11. That illegal left turn out of the restaurant parking lot is gonna get some or all of us a nice "gift" from the local constable! He's been hanging out there recently looking for scruffy biker-types. Just sayin'.....
