I just sent High Sierra an email about my valve leaking and this is what they sent me back.
"Replacements will be sent to the address below. Please note parts are available on a limited basis as that item was customized for Costco and none of the High sierra products have that style of valve or docking station." At least I'll get it fixed, I mean I paid my hard earned $15 bucks for it

It seems to be a win-win deal ...
until the label says "Made in China". Well, I did not check the label on this particular backpak when I was at Costco. I am not saying it's made in China and I am just saying if I need to buy something like this, I would check its origin first. Since I heard many horror stories about tainted goods and food from China, one of the rules I buy things now is if it touches my drink and/or food, it should NOT be anything that's made in China or using material made in China. Yes, you still can buy things made in US at Wal-Mart. Last time I went there, bought exact two things and both labels say "Made In USA". I love Costco and have been a member since 1995. But I don't buy any toys and kitchen stuff (from China) there anymore. If you think everything is back to honky dory there after they executed their former head of State Food and Drug Administration, think again.

High Sierra already sent me out my replacements even though the bag wasn't under warranty! That was seriously fast!
