Making the toiletries kit smaller

As we all know, packing space on a bike is at a premium. Anything to make is smaller, lighter and/or work better is a plus.

My toiletries kit is usually a mess. I saw this and thought of the bike immediately. I have no affiliation with the company that makes it.

here.

That's easy. Just brush your teeth once a day.

Eek

The best way to shrink the bathroom kit is to leave the wife at home.

Having gone bald was one of the greatest boons to streamlining my travel kit. No brushes or combs, no shampoo, conditioner, hair stuff...nothing. If you want to travel light, shave your head. Right now, my toiletry kit is a ziploc sandwich bag with a travel toothbrush, a razor blade, and a squeeze bottle of Dr. Bronner's Mint Soap. That's it. Which is good, 'cause my wife brings an entire friggin' salon when we go camping.

First of all, I cant beleive this is an actual thread. Secondly I'm still not sure what the hell I am doing replying to it??? yeah I dont understand taking along all the beauty crap, I mean really, WTF? My problem is too many damned tools and spare parts. You know you have a problem when everyone in the riding group is trying to bum tools off of you. My beauty kit consists of toothbrush, toothpaste, and advil. Thats it. I mean what do you really need when riding out in the MOFN? Youre going to stink anyway no matter what you do, and your hair, if you have any will have helmet head so who really cares? How the hell did this get started anyway? Send it to the basement.

Now, about streamlining the tool kit.......

You could take my uncle's tool advice. A tool kit should consist of one super-kickass multi-tool, one bottle of WD-40, and one roll of duct tape.

The WD-40 is for something that should move, but isn't moving.

The duct tape is for something that shouldn't move, but is moving.

And the multi-tool is for opening beers and showing your buddies your super-kickass multi-tool.

Keep it simple

ZIP LOCK BAGGIE:
Toothbrush
Toothpaste (small travel type)
Floss
Q-Tips
Toilet Paper

It's not like its a honeymoon get-away - What else you REALLY need?

Most people pack way to much stuff
