When my mood gets too hot and I find myself wandering beyond control I pull out my motor-bike and hurl it top-speed through these unfit roads for hour after hour. My nerves are jaded and gone near dead, so that nothing less then hours of voluntary danger will prick them into life..."

Okay, folks... Here is what I am thinking:

Friday night (dinner): Hooter's at 2100 International Speedway Blvd. (Their website says 2100 Volusia Ave.--is that the same road?)

Saturday (lunch): Hop's across from DIS? I'll check out the race schedule and work from that, I guess.

What say you?

Same road. ISB=Volusia Ave. Sounds good to me!

Okay...yeah, for those of you who can make both, that would be cool. I will get times worked out and some maps/directions for out-of-towners (although, this stuff is all near the Speedway, so it's not hard). Stay tuned. :):

Works for me. Just be warned that EVERY bike group like ours meets at that very same Hooters during Bike Week. Be prepared for a long wait...

Why would anyone in their right mind WAIT for Hooters food?
Perhaps I should bring my hibachi grill on the back of the GS and we can have burgers and dogs in the Hooters lot.
How many beef patties can you fit into a system bag?

I'm IN!!! Since I'll be visiting my folks, I can put some beer in the back of the truck and we'll be set.

If anyone can find a race schedule for March 6, I would be most obliged. I would like to set a time for the lunch meeting, but I have no idea when any of the races are going off...

The BMW Boxer Cup starts at 11:50 am.

The Daytona 200 by Arai has a small ceremony at 1:30, sighting lap at 1:45, green flag at 2:00

Fark. That's not much time for a lunch. When is the 600 race? And, I have no idea how long the Arai 200 will last...any ideas? Maybe we can meet up post-race?

Thanks for the times, Mr. Nye.
