Great loss

Here's the only picture I have of him after breakfast that day.

Warren and group completed the loop I wanted (and still want to) complete from Batopilas to the Lost Mission of Satevo, through Tubares, and out of the canyons. He regaled me via email with tales of the ride. I remember how proud he was that his wife and the other woman with the group completed the ride. When I told them we had turned back, he couldn't wait to tell the women because that would pump them up even more.

What a nice guy and what a great loss.
My sincere condolence to his wife, family and friends. I met him, his wife and friends from Louissiana at the meeting of HU 2004.

I met Warren on a couple of occasions. I fine fellow well met. I don't know if he knew this writing or shared its sentiment, but as I remember him,it is most fitting. So, "hey to you, Warren. See you round the next bend"

Sad News

Wish I had the pleasure of meeting him. It seems he brought light and joy everwhere he went.

My sympathies to everyone, good thoughts, prayers and comfort to all.
