I have a KTM Adventure. It's engine size is 950 cc's. It's also has KTM hardbags with it that have never been mounted. It had 36,000 miles on it when bought and has less than 38,000 on it now. I ran it for 6 months and at the time I owed $700 + tax on it. Little miles have been put on it and none have been off-road. It's been sitting in my garage for about a year now. It's a great bike and is in great condition but I must reduce the toys. Trades accepted. Will consider: land, gold claim, economical car(hatchback); any comparible value will be considered. Cheapest deal on ebay for Quality.

I agree. It is written weird and no phone number either.

I'm tempted to E-mail them to find out what state they are currently working in but the bike is stored in another and they list it in California. But I'm sure the transaction will be guaranteed through a craigslist escrow account.

There was a scam on CL (I know...redundant) recently involving a really cheap KTM 640 Adventure IIRC. This one seems all too familiar.

The response to my question on the title and registration:

"Yes I do have the title but it is not in my name because I still owe the taxes on it. The taxes are around $800 for it. It is currently not registered."

Beware....

TOM

flag it. If it's a scam they'll get scared off. If it's real they'll be annoyed, but post again. Do other riders a favor.
