Did not get my parts, first time that my XR has ever been broken in 9 years (actually, the only time) . Lots of pics please.

Ben ive used a box cutter right through the grip and all ,just inch your way in till you find the tube past the end about a 3/16 -1/4 inch back between the bar end and tube end, u get a clean straight cut.KEEP YOUR OTHER HAND UP TOP NOT UNDER THE BLADE100% success rate i have lots of bikes.but i cant judge your mechanical ability only you know

Hey Ben. Some throttle tubes have a removable end cap, such as the one from motion pro, I believe.

I ain't got the skillz to mussel the KLR around KM and I don't want to be wrench'in on 2 bikes. Besides, KLR has got to get me to Rio Nido at the end of the month.

Turned out that the oil is comig out of the oil filter cover that was destroyed also.

Razor blade would work fine, but a dremel tool should be safer...and probably faster.
