Its not an actual named trail, its a collection of roads and atv trails that I came up with after alot of research with many various forms of maps and a TON of exploring over the last few years. With rides i've organized, and rides I've attended and just plain wandering, I noticed that I had a good chunk of the state figured out so I went to work filling in the blanks. I still have alot of work to do, but I'm going to offer the track for download at some point.

Looks like a great time! I used to live up in that neck of the woods on Lake Nebagamon, about 1/2 an hour south of the Big Lake. I've ridden on a lot of those same trails and roads on both MC and snow machine. Lotta fun. The Chequamagon forest is awesome with tons of beautiful trails and camping spots. My family used to own some hunting land right on the Namekagon river. A lot of memories from that area. Great report!

That would be a nice place to live, very beautiful area. I really want to go explore that area more now that I've sampled some of it.

It sure is beautiful up there and I miss it alot. Hopefully I'll be able to get back for a while this summer but I doubt that I'll have a bike with me.

It's a little too far to bring mine from CA for week or so. Just not enough time or money. If you get back up there again soon, stop in at the Flying Eagle resort in Delta and say hi to Govey and Rhonda for me. They are great people and their bar usually has a great crowd of oddballs on the weekends.

I'll be in the Delta area for a stop at the Diner in a little over a week from now. Looks like I will have to chack out the Eagle as well. Maybe they will mistake me for one of the oddballs

I live about 30 miles west of Palm Springs on the edge of the low desert in Southern, CA. My only respit from the barren landscape and the heat of the summer, is a 30 mile drive up the 243 to a small town called Idyllwild. I would dearly love to move to an area that looks like that.

Stay tuned, I let a friend have an early version of the tracks and he is riding it right now,I'm meeting him in the morning and going to ride with for part of the day. This person is pretty well know here on advrider, Ill see if I can get a photo!

Such great pictures...thanks! I went on the 2007 great river ride and had a great time. Got my feet wet...I need to get more Storage and a GPS set up or you may never see me as my truck may get stuck on the "B" roads. But the KLR in the back could save the day! The over night stops and new camp places is beyond me at this point. But we shall see you again..
Do have fun and again....super pictures.
