Laugh Does it get any better than Wolfman?

Just yesterday received a *barely* used Wolfman Explorer tank bag and panniers from another ADVRider member....nice stuff!

Telephoned Eric at Wolfman a few minutes ago, inquiring about a second set of straps, so's I could use the tankbag on the other bike.

Eric takes my name and address, and says "we'll get it out to you this week".

"Hey Eric, don't you need my payment info??"

"Nah, we'll just send it to you".

Holy shiznits. I'm impressed, and flabbergasted.

I need a hug.

A buddy of mine recently got his tank bag strap chewed off by his chain. He called up the wolfman and, bang!, same deal....just sent him one! Great products with great customer service.

He sent me some buckles free of charge.

And like the OP, I bought the tankbag used!

My Explorer is getting a bit old...the zippers are not happy. It's time for a new tankbag. I will NOT be looking at any other tankbags. Only Wolfman for me.

Back and forth from Detroit to Panama - several times.

Yeah, we like Wolfman stuff.

Darien Gap, Panamerican Highway, Continental Divide and Downtown Detroit. Wolfman.

No, we are not affiliated nor sponsored or paid - we just like their shit.

Same here. He also returned my email the very same night I inquired about getting some replacements.

Great service from Eric when buying over the net from here in Australia too....not enough companies like them anywhere. Oh, and top class workmanship too.

Hey Oldrice, you should get paid for advertising space.

Another happy customer.

Oldrice...name the bags you have on the KLR please

I'm looking into more of Wolfman luggage as funds come available. Being as I have a KLR, it's good to see one set up with their gear.

Is that an alpha or beta mini on the seat?

No issues with the saddle bags and muffler heat I take it?

Thanks in advance.

I try to keep up but we are very busy. Call. 800/535-8131. I have very little time to sit down these days.

Cheers,

I used the Denali and the Beta bag on F650. Fantastic stuff, and very reasonably priced.

I'd buy from this company without reservations.

Don't own any (yet), but it looks like a nice design. I've always liked the bags-connection superwide (?), but this USA stuff from Wolfman seems to have the edge.

Curious about water protection of the Beta? Here in FL we get a bit of rain in the summers. I see it probably isn't waterPROOF being canvas-like, but how bad is it in the rain?

thanks.

$20 buys a waterproof cover! Mine sits folded up inside and takes 3 seconds to fit. Waterproof map sleeve is velcro'd to bag, then comes off and velcro's to rain cover......presto. It takes a sh*tload of rain to penetrate exterior anyway.
