It would take a retiree all day to install a carb. Pace yourself, you'll be fine.

kNOLLS today.

Couldn't have asked for better conditions! Warm enough, no wind, dry in 99% of the area. Just a few puddles and the occasional mud slog in the really low areas. Frank was riding out of his mind and we all had a lot of fun!

Even Dumbgirl's chair had a good time:

Who speaks Greek and can translate it?

Roostre, the conditions do look great for riding. Looks like the
light weight bikes were the menu for the day. Fano on a Yamaha?
Dumbgirl must have gone to the restroom and Frank couldn't help
trying the darkside.

Actually that first picture is of chadzu... fano was on his KTM450 that conquered Baja a few months ago. BTW- fano is the only guy I know that used the Baja 1000 to 'sort out' his bike.

Frank and I traded for a few miles so he could see how bad I was cheating with the 3hunny. Dumbgirl couldn't make it, so we just took her chair. (She left it at a race last summer and I keep forgetting to take it back.)

Has anyone been out to delle/skull valley/cedar mountains on a big bike ride lately? I'm wondering how slick it is out there. Temps look good for the next 5 days.

From what I saw when heading out to Knolls yesterday it looked pretty dry for this time of year.

Carb was easy.....then it did take all day to get it up and running....change out CDI...change out coil....re-install Ricky stator with earlier mistake corrected...Acerbis tank on and off 4-5 times....all in all.....6.5 hours.....

Drugs are much easier and more lucrative than this wrenching....Infusions for everyone.........

Think I'll be able to ride Monday and/or Tuesday.....I'd like to hear how delle/skull valley/cedar mountains work out.....

I was shocked how dry 5 Mile was today....even dusty.

Last time it took me most of a day to get the stuff demudded.

I think there were more bikes than quads.

My daughter,

Son, His GF, wife and grandaughter. Look at that sky.
