Why so many posts on inferior bikes?

Well KLX, DR, KLR, WR, TW, you get the idea why are these threads so hot?

Is it because there's so much wrong with them, are they just popular bikes with the masses, cheap ,or are they just so much fun that the owners just like to screw with them alot?

Every bike is a blank canvas. I dont think you can buy a perfect bike for a given application. That leaves you doing the mods to get what you want.

Everybody's opinion on whats perfect for their intended use is different. Some want long distance cargo carrying ability, some want a bike as reliable as an anvil without much concern about all out performance, some want the lightest capable bike, some want the biggest baddest overkill bike possible. It's all personal taste & each & every riders version of what is perfect for their needs is different. There is no perfect bike, each & everyone is a compromise in one way or another.

The bike you think is perfect for you, probably is, regardless of CC's, or brand name.

well since you only ride superior machines that require nothing more than fresh rubber & gasoline, what do you have left to discus?

Could you fill me in on what makes these bikes inferior? Really, I'd like to know.

Such a pathetic little man, you are, Beardoge.

If you feel this way about these bikes then why are you posting on the 204th page of the KLX 250 thread? Not much going on up there in Avoca, MI? Do you even have a motorcycle?

Wow sweetest while I have no useful info for ya I do feel bad for you. I can only Imagine the frustration in dealing with these crappy ass dealers. I guess all you can do it try to call Kawasaki and go throught there bullshit.
When I bought my bike ond dealer (that just went out of bussiness this winter) after 3 calls wouldn't even call me back, another would barely talk to me. And the other was absolutely wonderful bought the bike over the phone with all the paperwork and the bike all ready when I picked it up on my way home from work.
And this was trying to BUY a bike!
Good luck

No snob appeal. No exclusive owners group. Insufficient model year changes. At half the price, they must be inferior. A chain has to be inferior to shaft; dealer said so and they would never BS you. Anything that can be wrenched on without factory training must be inferior. Low tech equals inferior.

What is an inferior bike?
ALL of them have their place. Even the KLR ()

+1. What suits you in the snowy midwest would likely not work for me out here in the CA desert. All of 'em have pros and cons.

Looks like the only ones you left out were XR and KTM.

Whoa Whoa Whoa guys, holy cow cabin fever is obviously set in !!!!

I was just posting the question. Whew some of you guys need to chill.

I have a KLX and all I here is how it's not a KTM or Husky or a BMW. And how it's too slow, to green or something else that's wrong with it.

But I absolutely love the thing, I've had big bikes, small, super fast, and big and heavy, and this is the most FUN bike I've had since I was a teenager.

I mean look at the TW thread look how much fun there having over there.
