Riding in the northwest Thrace in Turkiye....

Hi! you all. It's been quite a long time since I last posted my last trip report.
I had this trip a few weeks ago and I have just had my time on this report.
That day,I rode about 360 km-80 km of which was under pouring and heavy rain. So;I can honestly say that all that gear from A-Z passed the weather test. The temperature was between 32 to 17 degrees. The route icluding the northwest part of Thrace has always been perfect for adventure riding.
I hope you will like the pics I have recently posted.Have fun.Good rides to you all!

Here we go with my thumper.Encountering with a terrible heavy rain right after taking this shot.

Riding comfortably on the tarmac, watching around and listening to her favourite songs she gave me,I suddenly saw this tricky path which cheated me with its attraction.I went on further and rode about 17 km on here.It was very hot and mosquitos everywhere.

As you see it was all changing....

Riding down has always been much more difficult than riding up.

Time to take some rest...

And time to take a nap...
I lost all my strength and breath while trying to pull this donkey backward and gave it a go to its right side slowly.Nothing happened which made me feel relieved after all.

The sign showing the elevation.I rode higher but this sign was the only one I could find on the go.The temperature started to fall from this point.Rain pouring.....

Water everywhere...

Nice job,you lumberjacks...

Very close to Turkish and Bulgarian borders...

Riding under heavy rain...Sheer pleasure...

I took this picture for you so you could read about this famous cave.

The entrance to the cave.Lovely atmosphere.

The stairs to the upper cave.Very difficult to climb up...It was almost impossible to take these photos as there wasn't enough light. These were the best I chose for you.

Taken on the way back home.

My vids links.
Crossing a stream.

Inside the cave.A must see video.

That's all.I hope you will like the report.Good rides to you all.

Thx a lot for your appreciation.
In fact I was quite sad about for what photobucket did to my first two trip reports. Is there a way of re-posting them or taking those pics back from their library and threading them here again? It was a loss. I uploaded them when I was a subscriber for a fortnight. And therefore the first two reports are all dark and empty.:(

Great ride report! I had no idea Turkey was so beautiful and had such an interesting countryside.

If you still have the photos, I recommend using a SmugMug account to upload your photos. You can always use their inexpensive paid account to ensure your photos don't disappear. Then you can edit your previous ride reports and add links to the new photo locations. If you have any questions about how to post photos, the instructions are here:
http://www.advrider.com/forums/showthread.php?t=919

More ride reports please! I like your photographs.

Thx for the appreciation.Just search here, you ll find more reports by me.There are many at Turkish forums and I donno whether you ll have fun looking at them as you can't understand the threads. But if you dare,I can send the links.
As for the smugmug,I use imageshack.us and it's free and does the same job smugmug does already.I m happy with it.

Harika, tesekkurler...

That's a great report but it looks like the tip of an iceberg. I hope the rest is on it's way

Please share this in http://rideturkey.com/default.aspx too.
