That's not a Bell Moto3 (circa 1980) is it?

Sorry, no, no pics of that episode at all. Left the camera at camp and took only water, tools and lunch. Yep, Bell MotoIII circa who-knows. Have since got one of those Arai DS helmets with visor AND wind shield. No more goggles, ever. Pricey, but highly recommended.

04 factory bike

I put a deposit on a 04 factory demo bike from KTM yesterday. It will be sold through Scuderia. Factory serviced to new and full warranty. I have been told these are usally ridden by factory reps. Waiting to find out the milage but have been told on the past factory bikes they were showroom new and a handfull of miles. They say it will take a couple of weeks to come from KTM. I am going to press for a good deal on this one. 04 640adventure on its way!

I bought my '02 demo from them in January. It was in new condition with 1200 miles. Scuderia's a great dealership, and it has great guys and gals working there too.

$6100.00 w/ 1 year full factory warranty

Assuming there are Metzeler Sahara tires on it now, with only 1854 miles... I would say you already have some excellent "dirt road touring" tires. You should get another 2K miles out of them, minimum.

The Scorpion AT's are a little more street oriented but will treat ya right as well on dirt roads.
