Thread position
My older laptop screen went kaplooie and I had to buy a new one. I don't know if this has any effect on my question but here goes.
Previously when I clicked on a thread I had been reading it would take me to the last page and message I had been reading. That no longer happens. What can I do to set that up so i don't have to locate my place in the discussion each time?

Are you using the same browser you were before?
If there's new activity in a thread, there should be a little "down arrow" next to the thread title. Click on that (rather than the thread title itself) to bring you to the new posts.
