Commute to work - The long way

I am about to head off for my first adventure ride, I thought I would share.

I work in the middle of Australia near Moomba and have been keen to see what the drive would be like rather than just flying, particularly since we cross the awesome looking flinders ranges.

I am riding my drz400e, basically stock with a 27l tank, wolfman luggage. I was still a little worried about fuel range but by my calls should just make it.

Since I will be well of phone reception as well as people I have invested in a spot device just in case. I also purchased ram mounts for the spot and my iPhone (my GPS) which are really good quality.
