Sorry to think out loud here for those of you who like solveing riddles.
So I'm assuming it's Clinch river. I see some railroad tracks near 65/72 but no route 626 crossing it!

Actually, "clinch" is a good try, and makes sense with the clue, but it's wrong.

Pretty dark so RR bridge is not visible with my puny flash, but concrete railing is distinctive enough to validate this tag. Actually these bridges seem to be used in this area, saw another one over Rockfish river, so next picture will confirm I was indeed at the right spot, on route 626 bridge crossing the Tye River in Nelson county close to the James River.
