She's had that now for around a year. luckily we haven't had any issues (while in Memphis. The rear brakes did fail when we were on the BRP, got that fixed over in N/C). I do all of the work on our other bikes so what's one more set of nuts and bolts to turn?

I'd thought about having any work done in St. Louis, but when we were up there they wanted $29.99 for the guzzi oil filter. That was $17 more than af1racing wanted for the same part number... St. Louis Vespa justified it by telling me 'Guzzis are premium bikes. Service will carry a premium price.' I told them to go fornicate with themselves.

Thanks, I agree...

ATGATT, is a very subjective description, IMO.

Yea, riding a bike, the color of a traffic cone doesn't help either!

True, for my wife it means, riding pants, riding boots, riding jacket, gloves and helmet lol. Now I don't think I could ever ride without a helmet or boots since I only own Tom's shoes and the shift lever would hurt after awhile. If anything I want to get a nice pair of Kevlar Jeans and leather jacket so I dont have to wear my riding pants all the time but still be protected. My wife is a Nurse and she sees a lot of bad accidents due to motorcycles so she is pretty adamant about me staying safe lol

Justin (XR650Rking) is doing his residency (or are you done now?) and for him ATGATT is wearing sneakers instead of flipflops with his bermudas.

We had a great time! Enjoyed meeting you and your wife.

You picked a great spot, the food service and atmosphere were great (until the biker trash showed up).

Mark, sorry you didn't make it earlier. We missed visiting with you!

Most of my experience is in sales and some marketing, but I have had a lot of different jobs, including being a clerk at a law firm lol. My last job was product content, essentially I would write content for certain products that were being sold online for the company that I worked for. Yeah the job market is so bad, its really weird going so long without a job but I am keeping my hopes up :)

Ill bring the beers lol

Would any of you find people have any free time in the next 2 weeks to maybe come by my place and guide me through my first valve adjustment? I am pretty sure I can do it on my own but it would be nice to make sure I am not screwing anything up lol. I would come to you but I think the engine needs to be cold in order to do a valve adjustment. The only thing I don't have is a valve adjustment tool but apparently a square drive screw will work so I can always go to the store and buy one and then macgyver some sort of tool out of it? I will gladly compensate anyone with beer and or food :) Just thought I would ask, hope you are all having a good weekend, today is a gorgeous day for a ride :)
