AAA got there about 10:30p. Apparently they were pretty busy last night.

So, hows about havin a beer
this thursday at fox and houndin southaven? 6-7 or so. JMW tells me that Southern cruiser magazine has a little hot rod thing on thursdays and some bikes even show up. Free drinks for everyone that shows up on a dual sport backwards We could even have a little after (buuurrrp) dinner trail ride on some trails down the road. Could be muddy.................. ..................and foolish.................................and fun. Tony stinkfinger screwed with this post 08-25-2008 at 03:16 PM |

Tony, I'm heading to the coast with the family on Friday for the holiday weekend so I won't be out too terribly late on Thursday. Dinner and a cold one or two or three and that should about do it for me. Jim |

Anyone interested in doing the Land Between the Lakes dual sport ride on September 6,7? looks like I have a pass from the family, I don't think the tropical storms are spinning off rain that far north.

Don't know if anyone is looking to add another DS bike to the barn but this looks like a good deal.

Triduro
Anybody else doing this Sunday? TNridereports.com appears to still be down. This place is right off of the MS section of the TAT. I may get my wife to drive me to the line and ride the gravel there.

MiniTrail,
Did you make it to the event? I had some stuff I had to do this past weekend so my bike never left the stable. Post some pics if you can!

I did go. It was fun. The trail was pretty hard for a noob trail rider such as myself. I do regret not trying the big hills, but they had me wetting my pants at the time. I really hate crashing. There was also a stream crossing that really needs a bridge or a log or 15 minutes with a bobcat. I am glad they didn't run the race there on that same route.
