Every bike I've had either had a sissy bar, or a top trunk. Most of the time I've just bent my leg enough to avoid kicking it. I tried the standing on the pegs method when I had the goldwing, with the backrest, but found it easier to just "kick" towards and over the seat, then just kinda hop towards the bike till I was sitting on it. Isn't pretty, but it works.

When I'm camping two up, I need the space. Soft luggage works too, but the top case is exactly right for my kitchen and camping items....



The rest of the time I'm too lazy to take it off....

Remember this top box atrocity? (page 46, post 677) Once again, it is NOT MINE.



It is STILL for sale at a certain dealer.

Someone had actually placed a deposit on it but (probably) one of their friends or a relative must have found out and talked the potential owner off the building ledge and back to reality.
