Well being short and owning a 990 Adv, the extra weight works to my advantage - it makes the bike a bit lower - so the feet can touch the ground!

Seriously.. I'll have a crack. I need to be accountable - it provides the motivation I need. I'm around 5'7" and in the triple figures - just. I need to be less than 80kg, but I'd be happy with 80kg.

I started on Tony Ferguson's diet 13 days ago and am not sticking strickly to it. Just had pasta for tea!!
I use the shakes for breaky and the soups for lunch and snack on celery or tossed salads throughout the day. An apple or orange for morning tea. I find I'm not feeling hungry if I keep the water intake up above 2ltrs/day.

Height: 175cm
Start weight: 102kg
Weight last Tuesday at weigh in: 99kg

Working so far! I want to get around 80-85kg

Sadly about 20 years ago I remember training my arse off for over 14 months to put on 12kg, training for over 2 hours a day, weights, running, swimming, route marching, eating everything I could get my hands on. Only to lose it all in 4 weeks. Well now i need to reverse that problem, my best weight 74kg, currently 84kg. I am 172cm tall and am joining my bro on some rides and stuff next year. So count me in, better buy some scales tommorrow

Alright, I'm in, 173 cm.

After my suspected heart attack in Feb I have to drop from 91kg (now) to an ideal weight of 84kg (after being resistance tested to calculate my real body fat %).

I'll take some combantrin to get rid of the tapeworms, one whom I have named Scotty.

That may be the technical clasification of it, but I am by no means obese. Yes I do have to lose some weight, but even the doctor who I saw said that the scale was based on people with average build and height. Not everyone is 182cm with a 92cm chest.

fucken!

i was wondering when this thread would start. damn.

all right already! i'm 196cm @ 105kg dry. unless one of your officiados tell me otherwise, my phd (smart arse) wifey tells me ideal wight is height minus 10 kg, which for me would be 86kg.

thankfully, she also tells me if i crack it to 90 kg i'de be fine. as for sex, fugedaboudit!

so, kicking and screaming, i'm in. 90kg by XMas.

i'm joining pilates this week (knackers, mail me yer pinc lycras!), careful eating, lotsa grazing in veggie shite, no booze, walking like a houndog on heat.

you idiots! what have you done to me?

Why not make the date for 1st of November? That's the Mungo weekend... Results for everyone to see - then promptly destroy with copious amounts of beer and bbq meat!

Good idea except two months less, I'm regretting the baked dinner I had tonight, dipping baked potatoes in the gravy pan seemd like such a good idea at the time
