I agree, but he isn't making them yet and I'm getting real tired of waiting for it.

And - I believe he has or is just about to leave on multi month trip.

I have a Coyote and a Mule. You shouldn't have any interference in any normal riding positions. I can try to snap a photo if you want to see how it all fits together.

Here is a 690e in SM kit with GL Coyote. On top of the Coyote is dry bag with tent. I'd expect more than enough space.

Do you have any shots of how the dry bag connects with the giant loop?

I do now.

Fixes using Coyote integral straps. I run them through attached points on bag and cinch.

The dry bag is a Watershed Chattooga. I found Watershed back in the day as a whitewater boater. This one is 10+ years and has since done heavy duty as my blue water fishing duffel - in addition to MC kit. It'd be a wild guess as to how many months this things been baking in the sun - still clear, pliable and completely dry..

Thanks for the pics!

That's got to be the largest capacity yet still hard core riding proof set up I've seen.

I dive and the funny thing on your pic is it reminds me of the back of my zodiac !

The thing I like about the GL coyote bag is that it works will on all three of my bikes. Same setup as Southern, tent and bag strapped on top. On the 690 I hook the metal fender clamps to the hand grips. It is easy to slip a clamp off and push the rear of the coyote forward a bit to fuel the bike.

Welcome - happy to do it. I agree on the set up - it's all but the biggest bomb proof - and moves well from bike to bike.

It will eventualy explode. If you ride off-road with it.

I strapped mine around the case and around the steel tube support with many bungies. But eventualy, everything inside is overshaken and pouches inside or whatever slightly fragile will ware or break. Also, zippers are too small. They will eventualy fail because of dust. Oil them very often with wd40 ...

good luck with it ...

I am also in the process of building this.

Note the boxes in the background may not be as nice as TT stuff but I will have about 16 hours and $300.00 in it.

Just added the Touratech racks and pelican 1500 boxes to my 690 SMC. Found the mounting brackets at Lowes for $.59 each. Added a couple of strips of Aluminum for bracing on the inside. Water bottle holders for the two extra gas cans, 1L each. Just going to use a soft waterproof duffel for the top, no rack needed.
