For those interested, I contacted R&D Racing about their Flex Jet remote fuel mixture screw. I was told that if I send them my carb they can make a custom screw for 50$+ transport. That's a bit expensive and it means I wont be having my carb for the best part of the summer. But this winter this could be interesting, especially if a few of you are interested in one of these flexible screws, I'm sure he would bring down the price for a small group buy.

You all know how fun it is to adjust the carb on the dr-z250....

at last i got to spend some time on the drz
we did about 100miles offroad and back roads

the usd forks are very big improvement

its a bolt in
the handle bars are a bit higher
and the handling is great, the rear needs some love now

Are you using the drz250 hub/wheel/brake or is it the whole 400 pack?

the front wheel is 2004 rm250 as are thr forks, the drz400 wheel works with the drz400 spacers
the drz400 axle is the same as the rm

rm250 forks (2004)
ds conversion with drz400 headlight
full yoshi, uni filter,
fat bars, trail tech vector
rear shock is next
then some wide pegs (dr650)
a wider seat is on the list
and a xr tank and a big bore

a bit at a time
