Spent forever resizing in Photoshop to 70x70, but the final file size was too big, and could find no way to "resize" that. How do you do it?!?!?!

You have a couple of options. One is to change the compression setting (available when you save as a JPEG, for instance).

Tried it - set it as low as possible (highest compression) and it didn't change it appreciably. Next (If it's resolution - it was at 72...)?

What is the file size? You're changing pixel dimensions, right?

70x70. I tossed it a week ago. Lemme do another and I'll tell you the file size...

Well, I made it in PS, it was 72KB! Then on a whim I opened it in Preview (Mac), and Saved As. Now its 8KB! WTF?! Why did that work?

And, uh, how duh yuh put a photo ina post?

If you see a pic here, I figured it out...

Nice; it worked. I just quoted some one else's pic, and pasted over the URL with my own. One more tiny computer-illiterate victory...

Nice work. Can you resize this one to make an Avitar? I have tried six times with photo shop and can't get the thing small enough.
