Let me know any updates on the Dragoon Trail camping trip, that sound like a lot of fun.
I agree. Let's get a date for the Dragoon ride...l better get the tent aired and hosed out.

Ride home from MotoSports at a little after 7pm was definitely an adventure. Wind was blowing rain past me from back to front coming up I35.
Coming up Jordan Creek was raining sideways so hard it was coming up inside the bottom of my helmet.

So who all is doing some riding the upcoming Memorial Day Weekend? We are headed to Wisconsin Dells on the bike for a long weekend. Impatiently waiting for Friday to get here!

Memorial weekend

If things dry up the only riding I'll get will be in a tractor pulling a bean planter

I may do some easy riding on Monday, but that's about it for me. I'm stuck going to a niece's graduation party on Saturday and bathing the dog and yard work on Sunday. :P

I have a dual sport ride planned with a small group of friends, Clam Lake Wisconsin, that will be my Memorial day weekend.
3 Husqvarna TE250's and a KLX250, sure to be a great time.

Memorial Day Weekend plans are for gravityisnotmyfriend and I to hit up the Tama OHV park. Need to improve my poor offroad skills. Hopefully keep the DR upright and off my leg this time!

Saturday we are going bike shopping for the wife.

Sunday I may smoke a pork butt all day. Depends if I can keep it lit or not.

Monday I will most likely ride. Probably ride each day this weekend.

I planted till just after midnight Saturday to get ours done before the rain. Only have a couple hundred acres of custom work left for the neighbor and I really want to get out and enjoy my bike.

I recently moved back to Iowa, after growing up here on the farm, and if anyone is looking for someone to go on a trip I'd be game.

Most likely a black 2013 Ninja 300.
It was the only bike she "tried on" that was sporty and didn't require lowering.
CBR250R...1-1.5 inches too tall.
Monster 696...about the same.
KTM 620EXC...too tall...er wait...that's one of my dirty bike options...

Maybe a 690 Duke, if you could find one:

Or you could get her one of these and a stepstool.
