It's your imposing iron gates, dude. Like this TOTP they're pretty intimidating.

Scooter, you still need help? I'm not that far away. I have a small trailer if you need it.

I know nothing about your type bike, but glad to do what I can.

Better head to Gina's!!

But in all seriousness, had the same problem with my Xchallenge in CO. A buddy had one of these:

http://www.gs911usa.com/

Don't have one? You should.

Plugged it in, reset everything and she was good to go!!

Run some sea foam through her if she will run.

Or get a KTM!

Scooter's home. Probably the filters on the fuel pump. Scooter, maybe Doug at MotoSports will sell you his 690R. That's one nice bike.

You mentioned 950s on the market. Looking here sometimes helps: http://claz.org/classifieds?q=ktm+950

I'll be at the Urbandale (Des Moines) Happy Joe's Pizza on Thursday, August 29th around...maybe 2-2:30pm on my way to the Quad Cities from Denver.

I'll update the post on my ETA as it may change.

Be there or...my wife and I will just eat by ourselves

Don't know about that route. I'm headed out with a small group to start the Colorado Backcountry Discovery Route on the 6th from Four Corners headed to Steamboat: http://www.backcountrydiscoveryroutes.com/COBDR
