Winter desparation here as well! A little chilly and slick on the way to work, but it's supposed to hit 40 this afternoon. As long as the rain holds off, I'll have a nice ride home!

Just might get my bike out this afternoon but not for snow riding.

Just on road with a few buds if I can get away for a few hours.

First Ride!!!

Whoooo Hooooo!!!!

Fired up the KLR tonight after work and did a quick 15 mile jaunt!!!

Waived at the neighbor with a couple new bikes in his garage (great guy but I must torment him even though I wouldn't ride those just yet either). Drove around town to make people jealous.

Did a couple snow burnouts!

Like a kid at Christmas I tell ya.

Finally it was above freezing in Des Moines area Sunday and Monday. Put a couple hundred miles on the Tenere. Was able the thoroughly test the new ECU flash from Flash-Tune.com Best $140.00 mod I have done to the Tenere.

What it does:
Removes throttle restriction on 1st, 2nd & 3rd gears.
Gets rid of off idle stumble
Greatly reduced vibration between 2800 & 3300 RPM.
Removed flat spot at 5500 RPM
Increased rev-limiter 500 RPM.
Slightly reduced engine braking

If you have a Tenere and have not had your ECU flashed. I highly recommend you do it. It solves all the fueling issues I have had with it. Be advised Flash-Tune told me there price for flashing the Tenere ECU was going up to $200.00 sometime this spring. Even at $200.00 I would still recommend getting it done.

Gravel roads were soft and sloppy

I washed the Multi on Sunday, rode for about 120 miles and then yesterday rode to work and after, dropped her off at MotoSports to get the new crossover pipe put on and the fork seals checked.

Also got to test ride my new bike (LOL right?). I've missed dirtbike wheelies.

Also saw Brad heading the opposite way on the bypass...apparently he was down at the state Medicaid office trying to pick up wimmins...

Hardy har har. You know, that Ducati would go faster if you'd put some orange paint on it. Maybe at least then it wouldn't break crankshafts.

My DRZ400 has been in my garage for 6 to 8 weeks and I finally was able to ride it Monday even if it was only 10 miles. Even took my 6 year old around the hood and he was all smiles.

Bandit is apart waiting on some parts from Europe, Monster fuel-tank is apart to dry out and hopefully contract back into shape (damn Acerbis!).

But notice how you're always looking at the ass end of my bike. :)
