Here is my Day 5 video. "Ability of a person is not how he has planned, but how he stands and faces the challenges of life when everything he planned goes wrong"

Hey guys, I finally got a chance to upload day 9 video to YouTube. At the end of day 8 Shane told me to go down south for a 800 kilometer 12 hour detour. Met an older guy in the morning, had an interesting conversation and off I went for day 9 ride. I met a guy named Phil on my way to Calgary and we rode together to his home, where he let me stay for the night. I had fun playing with his little daughter Penelope!

DAY 10
Left Phill's house and crossed over Lake Kootney by ferry around 9:30am.
road Canadas best motorcycle road 3A oh man it was nuts. Reached Calgary in one piece at 9:30pm.

410 miles, 660 km about 12 hours

One of the major news channels in Pakistan went to my house to interview my family..
i sent them a small clip from chicago too and this clip ran on national TV few times ive heard.

Sorry its in Urdu, the national language of Pakistan but who cares at least there is a bike in there

http://www.facebook.com/video/video.php?v=10150243994530703&oid=215496468491915

Today is the 19th and i fly from NY to London where ill wait for another 10 days before i fly out to germany and get the bike. I shipped my bike to Germany (close to hannover) on the 15th of August. will put up more updates soon.

Bicycles arent my thing however, riding more than 50 miles (80km) in a day after not riding these for a few years isnt all that bad i guess. I left Leamington Spa at 7am without an Agenda and came back promising not to sit on one of these things ever again. I have no idea how Kamran (KamranOnBike.com) had even attempted to pedal from Germany to Pakistan on a bicycle.

Unfortunately, he had to take a break in Turkey and fly back Multan, Pakistan as his mother was in the ICU. I would like to dedicate this video to Kamran's mother for bringing up a soldier. No ordinary soul can come up with an idea of riding 10,000 Kilometers in 100 days, about 100km a day for 100 days. In this video i did 80km and this was enough to tell me what this guy was doing had been an amazing feat.
With all our prayers, Kamran's mother will be up and running soon inshAllah, and Kamran will hopefully return to Turkey to complete his DifferentAgenda.
Please keep her in your prayers, may Allah give her strength.

Too busy

Don't worry, everyone is busy debating whether BMW or ktm is better and worrying about when their final drive is going to explode. You are out there making it happen! Have fun, be safe and keep posting!

Video doesn't lend itself to interacting in the way text and photo's do which is probably why there isn't so much feedback. They're a nice addition to a more traditional report but speaking for myself, I just can't watch that many video's.

But good luck on your Adventure
