Great pics as usual all!

Did a quick lap to start "beating up" the fancy new Touratech rear shock (shiny white and gold bit in the middle). OE one gave up.

Sorry phone pic!

I sold my 800GS last year just before our big farm move (http://www.advrider.com/forums/showp...postcount=6369). Big mistake So a while back I decided I'm going to trade my XR650L (that I kept) in on - you guessed it - another GS.

Same colour (Lava Orange), newer model, lower mileage Yeehah! Got to start farkling pretty much from scratch though. Just running through this thread again to get the juices flowing again.

Hit up Sundown National Park along the NSW/QLD border on the weekend, awesome run for the GS, I am absolutely SHOCKED at how well these anakee III's work in offroad rocky terrain!

Anyway, pics of the beast -

I know there's no bike in this one but it's only low res, just wanna share the view

So far it's excellent! Everyone always says how much better aftermarket rear shocks are and it's true. It's early going yet but the bike is much more planted and smoother on street and dirt. I'll update as I get more time on it.
