a set of scorpian ats 140 rear 90/90 front run about $200 shipped. handle great on road, still can do dirt.
A sm wheel set with tires 17inch will be around $1200 and your suspension is still an S.

motogo1 and I had the whole loop and the Dow lot to ourselves today. Did the whole loop. We rode in to the Green Falls water, then turned around and rode out. It was still wet. Only water or mud on the whole course. 66.5 miles. Started about 10:15 and wasted a good 40 minutes at Chucky's talking to a guy on a real nice Guzzi. back at the lot before 2:45. Good day.

It's too bad that trail is so deep. It's a good trail otherwise.

How deep was it? Hard to believe there is still water in there. Would be nice if it wasn't so deep!

I spent most of the day prepping my first born for selling. New plastics don't quite match the paint on the tank but I figure whoever buys it will get an oversized tank anyway. Wheeling Cycle Supply was out of the UFO front fenders so I told them to send me the Acerbis moto version. Not sure I am liking it...a bit too short for my taste, makes the bike look like a bulldog. It would probably look cool with the smaller SM front tire though.

We've been through a lot of adventures together and I am coming up with a hundred different reasons why I shouldn't sell her. Heck, if it wasn't for her I wouldn't know any of you. You can't place a price on that.

This is my favorite picture of her just relaxing on a rock ledge after a long day's ride.

A drz400s was my first bitch when I started riding again around '03!

The more I ride my dirt bike, the less I care about the length of the grass in my front yard. Lately, the grass is growing like crazy. Zero fucks given. It'll easily be May before I get to it.

Deep enough that if you put a foot down, it would be over the top of your boots. There are holes in there that if you got your foot in the right place probably over your knee. In the old days on my 2 stroke if it watered out. starting again was easy. I don't want to have to try with a 4 stroke. beside, the trail is short to the road after the water, so we got extra mileage by riding back out.

Turnersville posted a video of "nobody" riding through about a week ago. about the same.

Yeah, it would suck to bend a rod because of hydolock.

I've been riding the loop on Fridays. There is water at mile 8 about 1 ft deep with a rocky bottom. That's the place where Rockpile had to chainsaw the tree blocking the trail last year.

Yeah, we rode through that one. There is no surprises in that crossing. If you put a foot down, you know where it's gonna stop, not so in the other crossing. I've seen too much carnage at Green Falls.

Maybe when my new bike is no longer wearing these banana peels:
