Talk to Scott up at Motoconnection and buy a new GasGas or a TM that comes with a "Certificate Of Origin" w/ no "For Offroad Only" on it and go to DMV w/ taxes and insurance card to get plates!

I was really wondering if anyone has taken a bike w/o a title through "inspection" in either state?
what are the hoops you needed to jump through paperwork wise and in what order.


my bike is plated in RI - but just about the only street legal aspect of the bike is the plate itself.
it came with a title and all I did was go turn that sucker in and get a plate.
can it be this easy if the bike only has a MSO and a bill of sale? I imagine not.....

I have some internet researching to do - but I figured I would post here and if nothing else I could enjoy wading through all the useless color commentary.

I imagine that this is the route I'll take b/c I do not want to have to make it road legal. I just want the plate.

Whats the problem? If you had a RI plate, just go to the Mass DMV with the paperwork, and pay them, the states are so broke, they will love to take your money. Fall River has a DMV, bring a couple dozen donuts with $20 bills lining the bottom of the box #POW, your good-ta-go, probably get a low numba plate even
