I assume it's fuel injected. I bet if you get on a KTM forum you'll find ways of calming it down. Maybe with a throttle cam. I guess there are a few other KTM owners out there.

Anyone in the local area looking for a full set of riding gear including helmet & boots, knee pads, chest protector/shoulder pads, goggles, pants, jersey and gloves for small adult /larger sized kid. Like new, I am giving it away for $200.

I live right near the loop.

No it's carburated. I don't think I need to mess with it I just need more time on the bike to get used to it.

Talking about camping w/ the family Sat night and brining the Beta for an EASY ride but not sure yet. Just put a new set of bars on and reinstalled the Cycras. Bike is ready = Me, not so much but can't take it anymore!

No kidding. Riding a dirt road is better than nothing. I'm considering riding Sunday, not locking it in yet though.

No. Maybe Sunday. Yea, fuck it, I'm in. A morning loop will be good. I have a new chain and a freshly cleaned air filter. She's ready to rip.

I'm scheduled to bring the bike in for a new top end, but its still running ok. Just hard to hit start. My goal is to do it before anything catostrophic happens. I don't like stopping on the trail because I have no fan. The piston owes me nothing with 250 hours on it. Hopefully not too many other parts are out of spec. They'll be wrenching while I am on vacation with the 990 in Canada.
