There really was a suicidal chicken! I'd forgotten that story.

Most impressive on an R1200GSA. What was the casualty list in the end, one O2 sensor (wounded), two springs (one found), and a prodigal windscreen?

One O2 sensor connector plug, one side stand spring and two windscreen bolts for a total of $44. Parts should come in today, providing a fun weekend project

Any chance someone is running the netra loop wednesday morning? I am hoping to make it over for a "safe" but fast paced ride through. I have been before but am relying on an old (netra?) roll chart. Any slower then race pace but faster then glacial is welcome to tag along with me....

Stonington Town Meeting Tuesday August 26 7pm

Just a reminder that Stonington is having a Town Meeting to vote on a very restrictive Dirt Bike/ATV ordinance at the Stonington High School Tuesday August 26 at 7 pm.

Please encourage Stonington Voters to attend and preserve our property rights and our right to use our dirt bikes responsibly.

Stonington Dirt Bike Ordinance Defeated!!

The Stonington CT Dirt Bike/ATV Ordinance was soundly defeated last night at the Town Meeting. The attendees overwhelmingly opposed the ordinance.

Thanks to all of those who spread the word, attended, and voted, including a large group of ATV riders.

Un-fucking believable! I was absolutely convinced this was going to pass. Good job to everyone who stood up to money and despicable self-interest at the expense of others. I am utterly speechless.

There is some reasonable people out there!

But, you can be sure the crotchety old bastids will not give up. Probably re-write the ordinance, and sneak it in somewhere,

Any recommendations for a local shop to do some suspension work on my Yamaha TW200?
I have a new spring for the rear shock, and emulators, springs, seals and oil for the forks.
Need them all competently installed.

Thanks, I checked his website. Looks like an expert. Prices look to be pretty fair too.

I like Razees. Have had them do stuff before and they always did a good job. Good suggestion.
