Mail boat. But whats the point? It would be better to make a trip to somewhere good in florida, or even into georgia.

Just for something different if there is open land there.

Your absolutely right...the paperwork would be a nightmare and the riding isn't that great, but it is open... I'm heading up to Sanjohs place soon, he's got some sweet trails there. I'll keep you posted. It's only a couple hours up US 27...otherwise I'll be rippin around South-Central Pompano on my XChallenge...

If he and Paula would have me up, I'll ride with ya.

I'm in the midst of trying to make pannier racks for the bike. Strange thing, but where the last time I did it I calculated and marked off the tubing so well that the final bend had the ends meeting perfectly, this time I screwed up on both length and bend measurements, lol. I'll get there.

I thought I would get my truck stuck!!! First weekend I owned my new truck is when I took the DR up for the windscreen. Went from a 4WD to 2WD, it had been raining and I was worried!!. I had seen the pics and heard the stories about Pfuntime Road!!!!

Maybe soon I get up there to actually ride...........

I am hoping SanJoh will get the compactor out for me and fix all that nasty sand on the trails!!!

So how was the qualifier? How did you do? I wanted to try it but after the tree mating incident in 2012 I have lost a bit of my nerve on the big bike. Maybe next year..................

what an event! Placed 4th on day 1 (road skills) and 4th on day 2 (offoad) as well (weird!) but after a grueling morning of dragging an F800 under bridges on its side and through trees, huge boulders and the deepest muddy creek there ever was...I lost all my energy on day 3 and didn't make the final 3 but very shocked that I finished 4th on the first 2 days...go team USA!

I'll post pics when I can find them...
