Any news on when the new Defender pants and jacket are coming in?
I hope my wife isn't reading this forum but I have some money burning a hole in my pocket. And I would rather spend it on a brand new set of gear than on some items from Williams Sonoma or Great Indoors that my wife is probably looking up as we speak .

Last I have heard is that the Gore products will arrive on October 18th. So you have a little more time to agonize over DEFENDER color

No need to agonize. I'm going with the black color this time. Oh wait, am I?

Please keep in mind that our retail store will be closed until Monday, October 4th. Of course our on line store is open 24-7 and all orders will be shipped without a delay.

Legacy GTX jacket

Dennis:

I'm interested in the Legacy GTX jacket but I'm worried that the sleeves may be too long. Can you measure the sleeve length of an XS and let me know how you measured it so I can compare it to my Turbine (Ladies 38)? Thanks!

If the sleeves are too long, I guess I'll just have to wait for the Ladies Ventura. I've heard that they integrated both the thermal and waterproof liner together which I don't really like. What if I want some rain protection during the fall or spring but I don't need the thermal liner? I guess they assume that women are always cold???

JingJing,

Well, the sleeves will be a little shorter than in your CAYENNE PRO but not nearly as short as in your TURBINE. As always, ladies specific gear will always fit you much better than unisex models. When LEGACY arrives I can try to get the exact measurement for you.

As far as new Adventure jacket for ladies, the rain liner will be integrated with the thermal liner, and I think it will work out OK because when it rains the temperature always drops dramatically (at least here in CA :) )

I think XS LEGACY will still fit you somewhat awkward, while the V****** will fit like a glove.

waiting for the Ladies Adventure jacket...

Well I think you've convinced me to wait for the Ladies Ventura (or whatever it's called) as I really love how my Turbine fits. I've never had a women's jacket fit me so well since I have broad shoulders and a long torso, especially for someone who's only 5' 1" - go figure

OK, when it finally does get here, please have your wife model it for me. Thanks!

You will not regret your decision to wait. My wife is getting one for sure, stay tuned for pictures and review.

Leatt prices for ADV'ers

I saw somewhere that adv'ers were going to get a discount on Leatt (could've been years ago in this thread for all I know). If so, how do we go about it?

If there's a Bradshaw bomb run, are you coming out next time?

It was probably in a different thread. Were you looking for CLUB or ADVenture? PM me about it.

If the Bradshaw run includes tight technical stuff without road sections, I'm in :)

That movie is so funny, I've watched it multiple times. BTW, hubby says I'm not allowed within 1500 miles of your store

OK, serious question, is Rev'it going to make any changes to the Ignition jacket this spring? Thanks.
