Howdy folks. I am finally working on getting the map updated. I was only about 80 tags behind. I have got up to Tag 245 marked.

Again I ask, please provide the location of the tag, either in the post with you grab photo, or by PM. Here is a fine example of a PM

Thanks again,

He included the post number of the grab, the location and even the GPS coordinates.

I know that I am not always real good about keeping the map up to date. Please do your part to help by making it easy for me.

New Tag!!!

George filmed Ed and others riding motorcycles here!!!

You'll need to cross this little bridge to duplicate the tag pic!!

Clues for some who may need them.

The building was then and still is today the home of a local "fraternal organization"

I remember seeing that cornball movie when it first came out. The only redeeming factors it had were Ed Harris and the CBX. I thought it was funny years later when watching "The Abyss" and remembering this was the same actor. We all have to start somewhere right?

Check the two You Tube clues Greg. There's the story. I remember when they were filming the movie. Back then they used the Outdoor Life Lodge as their main filming location. Romero also used parts of Natrona, Natrona Heights, Fawn Twp, and Buffalo Twp. In 1981 the Allegheny Valley Expressway (Rt 28) was still unfinished between Burtner Rd and Creighton so the partially finished road surfaces in what became to be known as "the missing link" were also used for some scenes.
